Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the DealsGroup Chrome Extension (the "Extension"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") as well as our official Privacy Policy. These documents form a binding legal agreement between you and DealsGroup ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease using and uninstall the Extension.

The Extension provides tools for affiliate link conversion, link extraction, URL shortening, and associated services intended for a worldwide audience. We retain absolute discretion over the operational structure of the Extension. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or permanently remove any feature, tool, or functionality at any time without prior notice or liability to you.

While certain components of the Extension may currently be accessible without monetary charge, we reserve the right to introduce payable subscription plans, premium tiers, or fees for specific features or advanced capabilities in the future.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Extension strictly in accordance with these Terms. You assume full responsibility for all activities, data configurations, and operations conducted through your instance of the Extension. You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in absolute compliance with the terms, conditions, and guidelines of all third-party services involved — including but not limited to merchants, affiliate networks, messaging platforms like Telegram, custom webhooks, URL shortener platforms, and the Google Chrome Web Store.

You are also exclusively responsible for maintaining your own affiliate compliance, including proper legal disclosures to your audience as required by applicable advertising regulations.

The Extension relies on and interacts with various third-party infrastructure components and APIs to deliver its services — such as cloud hosting providers (e.g. Digital Ocean, Cloudflare), analytical platforms (e.g. Google Analytics), external QR generation systems, and any user-configured endpoints or tokens.

Your interactions with these independent entities are governed solely by their respective terms of service and privacy rules. We carry no responsibility or liability for the availability, security, uptime, or behavior of any third-party service provider or infrastructure hosted globally or within India.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Extension shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising directly or indirectly out of this agreement shall be instituted solely and exclusively in the competent courts located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. You hereby explicitly consent and submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bikaner, Rajasthan for the adjudication of any such matters.

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time to reflect software evolution, legal updates, or changes in our business model. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the Extension following the posting of any changes constitutes your formal and binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
