1. Data collection & usage
To function effectively, the Extension requires specific permissions and interacts with various types of data. While many features are currently accessible without an account, we may introduce user accounts in the future to offer cross-device synchronization and premium features.
1.1 Data you provide
Configuration data
Affiliate store rules, domains, pipelines, and link templates you configure.
Integration credentials
API tokens for URL shorteners, Telegram bots, or custom webhooks.
Account information (future)
If you create an account in the future, we may collect basic profile info (e.g. email, username) and store your preferences on our servers.
1.2 Automatically collected data
Processing history. Original URLs, resolved URLs, affiliate URLs, timestamps, and routing statuses necessary for the core conversion mechanism.
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Extension is used (e.g. feature engagement, error rates), using randomized identifiers. Analytics is enabled by default and you can disable it at any time within the Extension settings.
Network logs. When interacting with our infrastructure, standard network data such as IP addresses, user agents, and timestamps are temporarily logged for security and operational purposes.
1.3 Extension permissions
The Extension requests standard Chrome Web Store permissions — such as storage, tabs, webRequest, and host permissions like <all_urls> — strictly to read the URLs you choose to process, observe redirect headers, and manage your local settings.
2. How we store & process data
We use a hybrid approach to data storage and processing to ensure speed, reliability, and security.
Local processing
Your active configurations, rules, and integration tokens are stored locally on your device within your browser profile (chrome.storage.local) to execute rapid link conversions.
Cloud infrastructure
Data required to operate the Extension, resolve complex redirects, or manage future account systems is processed via our cloud infrastructure. Our primary hosted features and server operations are located in India.
3. Third-party processors & integrations
To deliver our services globally and securely, we use trusted third-party data processors. These processors are contractually bound to strict data protection standards.

4. Google Chrome Web Store Limited Use compliance
The Extension's use of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
Core functionality. Data is used exclusively to provide affiliate link conversion, extraction, and broadcasting features.
No data sale. We do not sell your data to third parties.
No data brokers. We do not transfer your data to data brokers or aggregation services.
No advertising use. We do not use your data for personalized advertising or to build targeted ad profiles.
No credit / lending use. Data is never used for determining creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
5. Security & retention
We implement standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we process.
Data security. All outbound requests and communications with our servers and third-party APIs are encrypted using HTTPS. Sensitive integration credentials (like your personal webhook or shortener tokens) are stored locally and are excluded from standard export functions unless explicitly authorized by you.
Data retention. Local history and cached redirects are subject to configurable retention limits and can be cleared by the user at any time. Server-side logs and analytics are retained only as long as necessary for operational monitoring and business analytics, after which they are routinely purged.
6. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA & global regulations)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data. We provide tools directly within the Extension to help you exercise these rights:
Access & portability
View and export your configurations directly from the Extension dashboard.
Modification & erasure
Edit your settings, clear your conversion history, and delete specific integrations at any time. Uninstalling the Extension removes all locally stored configurations.
Withdraw consent
Opt out of Google Analytics directly within the settings menu, with immediate effect.
7. Children's privacy
The Extension is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Deal Feed disclaimer
The Extension features a Deal Feed that displays deals sourced from other Telegram channels and third-party platforms. These posts are generated by third parties and may not represent the views or endorsements of DealsGroup. You may use this feed at your own risk and are strongly advised to verify the deals independently before making any transactions. Please note that the Deal Feed may also include sponsored deals.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, new features (such as user accounts), or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document, and where appropriate, we will provide a notice within the Extension.
