By using Deals.Group you agree to these terms. The service is free and provided as-is — read below to understand what we promise (very little) and what you are responsible for (quite a lot).

We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of converted links, compatibility with affiliate networks, or any commission outcome. You use this service entirely at your own risk. If that is not acceptable to you, do not use the service.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Deals.Group website and tools at deals.group, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the service. Simply browsing or using any feature constitutes acceptance.

02 Description of Service

Deals.Group is a free, browser-based toolkit that helps affiliate content creators manage and convert URLs. Current tools include:

All processing occurs entirely within your browser. There are no Deals.Group servers. No data is sent to us at any point. The service is fully static.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEALS.GROUP AND ITS OPERATOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

Without limiting the above, we specifically disclaim:

  • ✗Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • ✗Any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • ✗Any warranty that results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
  • ✗Any warranty that bugs, errors, or defects will ever be corrected
  • ✗Any warranty of non-infringement of third-party rights
  • ✗Any warranty that the service is free of harmful components or vulnerabilities

04 No Guarantee of Accuracy or Results

We make no representation, guarantee, or warranty that:

  • ✗Converted affiliate links will be correctly formatted or accepted by every affiliate programme
  • ✗Affiliate networks will attribute clicks, installs, or commissions to your account
  • ✗The tool will remain compatible with future changes to Amazon, Flipkart, or any retailer's URL structures
  • ✗Any commission or earnings will result from using this tool
  • ✗Smart replacements, routing pipelines, or tracker wrapping will produce the exact results you expect
  • ✗QR codes, UTM tags, or Play Store links generated will function correctly in all contexts
  • ✗Telegram messages will be delivered, received, or remain live after sending

Always verify converted links before publishing. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

05 No Guarantee of Availability

Deals.Group is a personal project maintained by a single individual. We provide no Service Level Agreement (SLA) and make no commitment to:

  • ✗Any level of uptime, availability, or response time
  • ✗Continued maintenance, bug fixes, or feature updates
  • ✗Advance notice before taking the site offline, modifying features, changing URLs, or shutting down permanently

Because all settings are stored in your browser's localStorage, we strongly recommend using the Export button in Settings to keep periodic backups of your configuration.

06 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEALS.GROUP AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

This expressly includes, without limitation, liability for:

  • ✗Lost profits, revenue, commissions, or affiliate earnings of any kind
  • ✗Loss or corruption of data, settings, or configurations
  • ✗Leaked or compromised Telegram bot tokens, affiliate IDs, or credentials
  • ✗Content removed, moderated, rejected, or flagged by Telegram or any platform
  • ✗Account suspension or termination by Amazon, Flipkart, Cuelinks, or any affiliate network
  • ✗Incorrect or malformed affiliate links being published or distributed at scale
  • ✗Any loss suffered by your audience or any third party resulting from your use of this tool

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹0 (zero rupees), as the service is provided entirely free of charge with no contractual obligation.

07 Your Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

Affiliate programme compliance

Ensuring your use of this tool complies with the Terms of Service of every affiliate network you operate in — including Amazon Associates, Flipkart Affiliate, Cuelinks, INRDeals, EarnKaro, Admitad, and any others. We do not audit, certify, or guarantee compliance with any network's rules.

Mandatory affiliate disclosures

Disclosing your affiliate relationships to your audience as required by law in your jurisdiction — for example, the FTC (USA), ASA (UK), Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India), or equivalent local regulations. This is your legal obligation. We have no visibility into what you publish.

Security of credentials

Safeguarding all Telegram bot tokens, affiliate IDs, and credentials stored in the tool. Treat every token like a password. If you suspect a compromise, revoke and rotate immediately via @BotFather or your affiliate network's dashboard. We cannot see, recover, or revoke your tokens.

Verifying link output

Checking that converted links work correctly before publishing or broadcasting. Always test a representative sample. We make no guarantee that every output will be accurate.

Backing up your data

Periodically exporting your configuration from Settings → Your data. All data is in browser localStorage — clearing your browser, switching devices, or a site outage can result in permanent data loss that we cannot recover.

08 Prohibited Uses

You may not use Deals.Group to:

  • ✗Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) via Telegram, WhatsApp, or any channel
  • ✗Violate the Terms of Service of Telegram, Amazon, Flipkart, Google, or any other third-party platform
  • ✗Generate, distribute, or promote fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive affiliate links
  • ✗Conduct click fraud, impression fraud, or any activity that artificially inflates affiliate metrics
  • ✗Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the site beyond normal browsing
  • ✗Use the service for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law
  • ✗Represent any fork or copy of this tool as the official Deals.Group service

09 Third-Party Services

Deals.Group interacts with the following third-party services. We have no control over these services and are not responsible for their operation, reliability, terms, or privacy practices:

Telegram Bot API

When you click Send, your browser transmits your message and bot token directly to api.telegram.org. Telegram processes this under their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We have no visibility into this transaction.

Affiliate Networks

Cuelinks, INRDeals, EarnKaro, Admitad, Amazon Associates, Flipkart Affiliate — links generated for these networks redirect through their own tracking infrastructure. Each network's Terms of Service, commission policies, and cookie windows govern attribution entirely. We have no influence over their outcomes.

Google Analytics 4

Loaded automatically on every page. Collects anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate geographic region) and sets analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*). No tool inputs, affiliate IDs, or personally identifiable information are collected. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Fonts

Loaded automatically to serve the site's typefaces. Google may log your IP address per their Privacy Policy.

Deals.Group is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram FZ-LLC, Amazon.com Inc., Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd., Google LLC, or any other trademark holder mentioned on this site.

10 Intellectual Property

The Deals.Group name, logo, and site design are the property of the operator. All third-party trademarks, service marks, and logos (Amazon, Flipkart, Telegram, Google, Cuelinks, etc.) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

If you fork or rehost this project, you must retain attribution to Deals.Group and a link to deals.group. You may not represent your fork as the official Deals.Group service.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deals.Group and its operator from and against any claim, demand, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any affiliate network's Terms of Service; (d) any content you publish using links generated by this tool; or (e) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and applicable rules thereunder, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.

If you access the service from outside India, you remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Last updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If you disagree with any update, your only recourse is to stop using the service.
