01 Who We Are

Deals.Group is a free, browser-based affiliate link toolkit operated by an individual creator. There is no company, no registered business, and no backend server. The site is a static web application hosted on Netlify and served to your browser.

For purposes of this policy, "we", "us", and "Deals.Group" refer to the operator at the address below:

02 Data Stored in Your Browser

The app saves the following keys to your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device — it is not transmitted to, visible to, or accessible by Deals.Group.

03 What We Never Collect

Because Deals.Group has no backend, the following data is structurally impossible for us to collect:

✗The links you generate or broadcast
✗Your IP address (the site is static; Netlify's CDN may log it per their policy)
✗Advertising identifiers, remarketing data, or browser fingerprints
✗Email addresses or any personally identifiable information

04 How Telegram Sending Works

When you click Send in the Bulk Converter, your browser makes a POST request directly to https://api.telegram.org. The request contains your message text, your bot token, and the target chat ID.

This request goes directly from your browser to Telegram's servers. Deals.Group is not a proxy and has no visibility into this transaction at any point. The Telegram Bot API requires the bot token in the URL — this is a Telegram requirement, not our choice.

Best practice for token security:

Use a dedicated bot per workspace — never reuse a personal or shared token. If you suspect a token has been exposed, revoke and replace it immediately via @BotFather on Telegram. We cannot see, invalidate, or recover tokens on your behalf.

05 Third-Party Services

The site loads the following external services. Everything else runs locally in your browser:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Auto-loaded

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-4FXNKY00VS) to understand which pages are visited and how the tools are used. GA4 collects: pages viewed, approximate geographic region (country/city), device type, browser, and session duration. It does not collect names, emails, affiliate IDs, or any tool input you type.

Data is processed by Google under their Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Fonts

Auto-loaded

Serves the Inter and Plus Jakarta Sans typefaces. Your browser fetches these fonts from Google's CDN on page load. Google may log your IP and browser details per their Privacy Policy.

Telegram Bot API

User-triggered only

Called only when you explicitly click Send. Your browser sends the message text, bot token, and chat ID directly to Telegram under their Privacy Policy.

Netlify (hosting)

Infrastructure

Serves static site files via CDN. Netlify may log IP, user agent, and referrer per their Privacy Policy. We do not have access to these logs through our plan.

No advertising network. No remarketing. No error-reporting service. Analytics is limited to GA4 for aggregate usage data only.

06 Cookies & Tracking Technology

We use localStorage for all tool settings — this is not a cookie and is never sent with HTTP requests. Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies on your device for analytics purposes.

07 Data Retention & Deletion

Your data persists in localStorage until one of the following occurs:

→You click Delete all data in Settings → Your data
→You clear this site's data manually in your browser settings
→You use a private/incognito window (data is cleared when the window closes)
→The browser itself purges localStorage under storage pressure (rare, typically on mobile)

Because all data is client-side only, we have no mechanism to delete your data on your behalf. The deletion controls in Settings operate entirely on your local browser storage.

08 Your Rights & Controls

Because all data is local, you exercise your rights directly — no request to us is required:

Access

Visit Settings → Your data and click Download all my data to export your full configuration as a JSON file.

Portability

The exported JSON file is human-readable and can be imported into another device or browser by pasting it into Settings → Import data.

Correction

Edit any setting inline in the Settings page — all changes are saved automatically to localStorage.

Erasure

Click Delete all data in Settings → Your data to wipe all localStorage keys, or clear the site's storage directly in your browser's DevTools.

09 Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with standard TLS encryption via Cloudflare.

Because there is no server storing your data, there is no server-side database to breach. Your data exposure risk is bounded to your own device.

Important — shared or managed devices

If you use Deals.Group on a shared, work-managed, or public computer, anyone with access to that browser can read the localStorage data, including Telegram bot tokens and affiliate IDs. Use a private browsing window on such devices, or export and delete your data after each session.

10 Children's Privacy

Deals.Group is intended for use by affiliate marketers, content creators, and business users. The service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because we collect no information from anyone, this is structurally guaranteed — but if you are under 13, please do not use this service.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The Last updated date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes that affect how data is shared externally will be highlighted on the homepage.

Because we never collect your email address, we cannot notify you of updates directly. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically if privacy matters to you.
